Easements must be created by a Registered Surveyor and can be created in one of the following ways:
Plans of Subdivision utilise 88B Instruments to be executed by your solicitor. Plans of Easement and Annexures are more direct and do not require an 88B Instrument. Some developments that are not Subdivisions still require Easements to be created. Annexures are appropriate options in these cases.
Our registered surveyors can explain & prepare all types of Easement Surveys. We can also provide quick lodgments through Eplan.
We can guide you through the negotiations with neighbouring properties concerning the Easements.
